Requirements

JOB BRIEF:

  • We are looking for a professional Computer Systems Manager to plan and oversee computer and information systems.



SALARY:

  • $52.00 to $55.00 hourly for 35 hours per week



ANTICIPATED START DATE;

  • As soon as possible



TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Permanent and Full-Time



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Implement IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, standards, security, and

  • maintenance programs for data networks, processing systems and storage.

  • Develop policies and maintain procedures related to IT Infrastructure and

  • Information Security.

  •  Lead and manage a team of IT professionals (Networks, Servers, on-premise

  • virtual platforms, public cloud, databases etc.) that support critical company

  • applications.

  •  Develop, promote, and enforce technology standards, roadmaps, strategy

  •  Expert knowledge of networking technologies: routers, switches, load balancing,

  • web application firewalls, next-gen firewalls, MPLS, SD WAN and VPN.

  •  Develop and maintain system architecture drawings and documentation.

  •  Oversee and evaluate backup, restore and destruction processes and

  • procedures.

  •  Provide leadership for IT asset life cycle asset management and compliance.

  •  Manage and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity systems,

  • programs, runbooks and participate in testing.

  •  Managing in-house and third-party projects form inception to completion.

  • Maintain an efficient and tactical Infrastructure strategy and budget.

  • Develop and evaluate infrastructure products and services that support end

  • users and corporate operations



LANGUAGES:

  • English



EDUCATION:

  • College Diploma in IT related filed is preferred



WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience



SPECIFIC SKILLS:

  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems; Authorize the

  • development of specifications for products or services; Assign, co-ordinate and review

  • projects and programs; plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations;

  • Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timeline

  • Ability to recruit, train and supervise 3-5 people
